what do i do now?

So school's out, I still have Algebra 2 and I'm frantically finishing up Spanish, American History, and Marine Science as well.

Riley is sleeping behind me right now. It's so cute how this 'macho dog' likes to stay close although he's hardly clingy. It's just so sweet!

I proposed to my Mother that I do bagged lunches over the summer - ie, put a sandwich and apple or something in a bag and bike with Riley down to the dog park and picnic at the tables while he plays with the other dogs.

Hey, it sounds fun to me.

I still have a load of commissions to finish. They were dirt cheap because the game is new (which I understand) but I'm barely getting paid at all. It's frustrating because I spend a good amount of time on each one. Hmph.

Oreo says hi.

haha! done for the year!

I just got out of school today. A week early. It was awesome.

I found out that the agility classes might be held later in the summer because of the heat. Florida's famous for that you know. The humidity is just awful too.

I got my brother to work on hacking the Wii so we can do homebrew. That will be pretty sweet.

I really don't know what to write right now. I'm in a creative writer's block! -dramatic pause-

It's true you know.

Signing off until I can think of a way to eloquently express my thoughts.

memorial day and the fam

I need to get my ass in gear.

Why? I have FOUR MORE DAYS of school left and I'm done for this year. Four fucking days. That's insane. I still haven't finished my online courses. THAT SUCKS. I don't want to be doing the schoolwork all summer. I swear, this is punishment for my procrastination.

Speaking of procrastinating, I should be doing schoolwork right now...

DAMMIT.

Anyways. I had a good weekend. I visited the fam. My cousin and her friend were primarily the ones I entertained. I had a shitload of good fun with them. I was raving mad, I swear. I told the most stupid stories ever. They thought EVERYTHING that came out of my mouth was hilarious. I like to think that I'm a rather humorous person, but I don't think I'm THAT funny. They weren't even shitting me too. They seriously thought I was funny.

LOL.

So we hung out all weekend which was pretty sweet. I came back home today, 'bout two hours ago. I'm sort of in cleaning mode (see how that's going? LOL) but then I was all "shit, I gotta do schoolwork." So I hopped on... And came here. To fucking blog. Wow...

So I'm anticipating summer. That means Kyle and I can go jogging everyday instead of just on the weekends. That's pretty sweet.

So there's loads of things I should be doing right now...

Riley had a great time with the fam too. I brought him along. DRAGONFLY!

hey hey hey

The last few days have been mostly uneventful. School is wrapping up and kids are partying. It's what we do.

I went through my camping pictures but have yet to tweak the colors, crop, and upload them. Sorry about that. I did have some cute shots of Riley but most of my pictures were taken as the sun was coming up; so a good bit of them were blurry unfortunately.

Fort Wilderness is ace.

I took Riley to Petsupermarket yesterday. He tried to make sense of this one bird that was a bit over eye level. He had no idea what to think about it! He stood on his hindlegs like a meercat and just watched it. The bird taunted him by biting the bars.

He behaved himself; however, was quite distracted by all the people and all the smells! He also jumped up at people because he was so happy to see them, but people didn't quite interpret it that way... He's a bit too friendly, haha.

the summer rain

It's raining. Lucky thing it is too, 'cos we've been in a drought. Feel for us FL kids.

Riley is under the impression that lying down (a 'trick' of his) applies to sitting and most everything. He's very polite and well-behaved, but mixes up sit with down. He never messes up down. Haha. So I have been working with him on that. He seems to be catching on.

The breed-bias on FP is terrible. Nobody cares for little dogs in the slightest. It's like highschool all over again. Only the cool kids get notice. In this case, the 'big' dogs. It pisses me off.

I'm waiting on critiques for some photography of mine. I'm excited for the person to reply. Constructive criticism is great. "Am I any good? (I'm not fishing for anything. I have no idea if I've got any talent for it.) Reason why I ask if I have any talent is because I'm sending applications to colleges in by October. And if I have any natural talent I'd love to pursue a career in it."

The person who will critique writes: "Love the pics! You're quite good. If you want, I can hit you with some constructive criticisms, either here or in PM. I always ask ifrst because I know some folks think it's "harsh". I have a Rebel XSi, I adore it. The Rebel line is a great line of affordable DSLRs, I'm so pleased with mine! Also:W elcome to Chaz!"

So I'm excited for that to come back.

Not much else - trying to finish school out in preparation for summer. Whoo!

three shelters and you're out

Today I found about three shelters in close proximity to me. I was surprised; it's not like anyone wants to live in Central FL. People usually pass through.

Anyways, I also ran across a GSD rescue in Wildwood and cooed over a litter of puppies. They were damn adorable.

I'm slowly but surely finishing up my class in preparation for summer with one notable exception: Algebra 2. I hate doing tests over the phone so much that I put the phone off the hook all day. I feel like such a dumbass.

I took my AP Lang. and Comp. test the other day. I'm thankful that crap is over.

Riley was cute as ever today. He tried to sleep in my lap (as always). I had to get up; no time for sitting on the floor with him.

He was sad.

AP Testing

I took my AP Language and Composition test today. I about died the last hour we had. I can't stand sitting still with nothing to do. We had three essays and they all sucked. The multiple choice wasn't too bad - I was surprised.

I found out today that my ex had called me yesterday to ask me to the movies with him and a few other kids. He thought I ignored him. I didn't. I doubt I convinced him though. They were going to see Wolverine; which, by the way, was pretty good. I'm not into that sort of thing, but it was pretty good.

Riley has just about killed his blue plastic toy.

I caught up with a friend I haven't seen in a while. She's matured, thank God. And she even realizes it. My other friend is under the impression that giving girls a compliment will come off 'creepy-stalker'. (He's a guy that has never dated anyone.) I was like, "Dude, if you do it right, it won't be creepy at all; in fact, it's pretty flattering." I don't know if he got it. :P
